A twenty year old Pembroke man appeared in Magistrates Court yesterday to answer to four sexual assault related offenses.
The man who TNN News can identify for legal reasons plead not guilty to the alleged charges of
• One count of, intruding on the privacy of a child, in such a manner as to likely to alarm, insult or offend a girl and did in fact alarm, insult or offend the said girl.
• Three counts of, committing a sexual assault on two different young girls.
The man was bailed to the sum of $5000.00 dollars and was ordered not to have any contact with the complainants, he must also report to Hamilton Police Station three times a week between the hours of 8am-6pm and was placed on a curfew between the hours of 8pm- 7am.
The accused will return to Magistrates Court on May 6, 2024 for a mention and disclosure.
