There has been a two vehicle collision on Middle Road, Smith’s near the junction with Harrington Sound Road, involving a car and a water truck.
Police and other first responders were dispatched to the scene, however there were no reports of injuries to persons involved.
As a result of the collision, the road is completely impassable and traffic is being diverted onto North Shore Road and Harrington Sound Road.
Motorists are being advised to use alternatives routes, until the roadway has been cleared.
