Community Consultation Draft Plan to End Homelessness Closes on February 29th, 2024

The Ministry of Youth Social Development and Seniors wishes to remind the public that the ongoing consultation phase on the Draft Plan to End Homelessness in Bermuda closes on February 29th, 2024. 

 

The Hon. Tineé Furbert, JP, MP, Minister of Youth, Social Development and Seniors shared, “As we continue the journey to ending homelessness in Bermuda, we are reminded of the power of community engagement. To make a plan that truly reflects the needs and aspirations of our community, we must have feedback from the community.” 

 

Residents of Bermuda are encouraged to review the plan and provide feedback before the closing date, February 29th, 2024. The consultative strategic plan is accessible on the Government of Bermuda’s Citizens Forum at forum.gov.bm 

 

“Bermuda, your feedback is invaluable in fortifying this plan to truly reflect the needs and aspirations of our community. After considering all of your input, the comprehensive strategic plan will be finalised and published in April 2024 for subsequent execution,” emphasises Minister Furbert.
