Caines Family Donation Drive Sees Overwhelming Community Support

The Caines Family Donation Drive commenced this morning at 8 a.m., witnessing an incredible outpouring of support from volunteers, community members, and businesses across the island. This initiative, aimed at supporting Bermuda’s most vulnerable, has been met with heartfelt generosity and commitment from all sectors of the community.

Through monetary contributions and physical donations, businesses, individuals, and organizations came together to make a meaningful impact. The items collected include an assortment of toiletries, non-perishable and perishable goods, baby food, diapers, clothing, and more. These much-needed supplies will be distributed to local charities dedicated to aiding those in need, including:
•     Bermuda Coalition for the Protection of Children
•     Teen Haven
•     Meals on Wheels
•     The Salvation Army
•     Hamilton Seventh-day Adventist Church Feeding Program

The Caines Family extends its deepest gratitude to the many businesses and individuals who contributed to this effort, including Marsh, BGA, Sports R Us, Henry Swann, Belvin’s, RenRe, and Supermart.

“The generosity shown by the people and businesses of Bermuda has been overwhelming. This united effort to support our community is a testament to the island’s spirit of compassion and giving,” said Maxanne Caines, coordinator of the initiative.
