Bermuda parties in observance of Super Bowl LVIII

From east to west many Bermudians packed into bars and private parties, enjoying the camaraderie of friends, while consuming spirited libations and edible delights on the occasion of this years edition of the Super Bowl the National Football Leagues 58th championship edition, played between Kansas City Chiefs and San Francisco 49ers at Allegiant Stadium in Paradise, Nevada.

Some attended for the actual game, while others were more interested in the commercials and a stunning half-time show featuring R&B recording star Usher, who delivered a medley of chart topping hit songs, alongside a slew of gyrating dancers.

The game itself unfurled as a defensive struggle between the American Football Conference champion chiefs, led by Patrick Mahomes, and the National Football Conference’s 49ers, quarter-backed by Brock Purdy, with the former emerging 25-22 winners in overtime, the franchise claiming a second straight title and fourth overall.
