I received my eviction notice on my door after coming home from work on Monday evening.
I’m a hardworking lady with a child doing excellent in private school, honors awards, Mother’s business doing well and picking up having to go through this once again.
Still without accommodations because landlords only want Corporate Executives and Airbnb Guest. The reason my landlord want the apartment is because she wants it for her son.
I have my belongings I worked hard for;
The premier needs to put a halt to Judges in court treating tenants who pay rent like they are nobody.
I wrote to the courts for an extension and they refused to give me an extension after telling the judge I have emailed, called and viewed several apartments, condos, cottages for the real estate agents to say the landlord has chosen another family.
The eviction notice says I have to be out before Thursday which was two days ago and they will be here to lock the doors.
I have nowhere to put my belongings and property. HELP.
