Two Men Plead Not Guilty During This Morning’s Plea Court Session ‘

During today’s Magistrate’s Plea Court session this morning, a 47-year-old man who cannot be named for legal reasons pleaded not guilty to intruding on the privacy of a child in a way that offended, alarmed or insulted them on February 25 of this year.

Magistrate Maxanne Anderson ordered that the defendant be remanded in custody and also adjourned the case to March 28 at 2:30 for mentioning.

Also this morning  in Magistrate’s Court, 40-year-old Gaemar Outerbridge pleaded not guilty to attempting to enter a Devonshire dwelling without lawful excuse on May 19 of last year.

He also pleaded not guilty to intruding on the privacy of a woman in her resident without a lawful excuse on the aforementioned date, and to exposing his genitals to the complainant.
Taking everything into consideration, the Worshipful Magistrate Maxanne Anderson released Mr. Outerbridge, from Pembroke, on $5,000 bail and ordered him to report to the Hamilton Police Station three days a week and have no contact whatsoever with the complainant in the case.
Magistrate Anderson then adjourned his case to Monday, March 28 for mentioning.
