Our community faces a pressing challenge. Many local charities and organizations that provide meals to at-risk individuals are experiencing critical food shortages, jeopardizing their ability to serve our brothers and sisters during the months ahead.
In response to this urgent need, The Caines Family Presents an opportunity for Bermuda to come together in support of our community. On Thursday, November 28, 2024, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, the Hamilton Seventh-day Adventist Youth Center, located at 43 King Street, Hamilton, HM 19, will serve as the drop-off point for much-needed donations.
We are seeking contributions of canned goods, fresh vegetables, dry foods, and other non-perishable items. Additionally, volunteers are needed to assist with traffic management, sorting donations, and other essential tasks.
Bermuda has always demonstrated a remarkable spirit of generosity and compassion. This food drive is an opportunity to once again unite and make a significant impact on the lives of those in need.
How You Can Help:
• Donate: Bring your canned goods, fresh vegetables, dry foods, or other non-perishable items to the Hamilton SDA Youth Center.
• Volunteer: Lend your time to assist with logistics, sorting, and coordination efforts.
For more information or to volunteer, please contact Maxi Caines, Event Lead, at +1 (441) 432-0421 or via email at maxanne@tpgbda.com.
Let’s come together as one community to address this critical need and support those who rely on these vital services. Together, we can ensure that no one in Bermuda faces hunger alone.
