Technical issue for employees and pensioners receiving their pay advice

The Government’s Department of Employee & Organizational Development (DE&OD) is advising of a technical anomaly affecting monthly employees and pensioners.

A DE&OD spokesperson advised that, “Although monthly employees and pensioners were compensated at the end of January and February 2024, due to a technical issue some individuals regrettably did not receive their pay advice for their records.

“A potential resolution is in place which requires the Government of Bermuda to conduct a test. This test could result in persons receiving a duplicate pay advice for February while others may receive it for the first time. The Department extends apologies to those affected and thanks them for their patience and understanding as the Government seeks to resolve this matter.”
