Social media post bearing images criticizing the PLP Government

It appears some individual or individuals, may be attempting to profit off what they perceived as the alleged uncaring nature of the ruling PLP.

Images of t-shirts bearing images criticising the PLP for supposed shortcomings in several areas have appeared online on the social media platform WhatsApp.

However, it is unclear who is behind the t-shirts bearing the not so tongue-in-cheek message.

This comes as speculation grows as to when the much anticipated next general election will be announced.

The PLP in this year’s speech from the throne announced a number of initiatives aimed at making the lives of Bermuda’s residents easier.

The opposition OBA has described the speech from the throne as repetitive and full of unfulfilled promises while calling on PLP political leader and Premier David Burt to declare the general election date.

TNN News has reach out to PLP HQ via email for a response to this social media post and awaiting a reply.
