BREAKING NEWS:
The Bermuda Police Service can now confirm that the 16-year-old male auxiliary cycle rider, injured in a road traffic collision that occurred around 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 17, 2025, has succumbed to his injures.
The incident involving the auxiliary cycle and a motorcar occurred on Parsons Lane in Devonshire, near Watlington Waterworks.
Police and Emergency Medical Services personnel attended the scene and observed an unresponsive male with a serious head injury, lying on the roadway.
EMTs immediately began life saving measures which continued as the victim was transported to King Edward VII Memorial Hopsital.
Sadly, he was pronounced dead shortly after arriving at hospital.
The male motorcar driver, was not injured.
