Second Annual Cliff Jumping/Diving Expo

Second Annual Cliff Jumping/Diving Expo to Take Place Tomorrow at Admiralty House. For the second time and the first since the Coronavirus hit the island two years ago, there will be a cliff diving and jumping expo at the top banks of Admiralty House tomorrow (June 26) gates open at 12noon with show time beginning at 2pm.

The event will prove to be fun for the whole family and the entry fee starts at $10. In addition to jumping and diving competitions, there will also be BMX riders performing an air show, with
many going 20-plus feet into the air. There will even be cash prizes available to earn for good jumpers.

“ Let’s put down our electronics and let’s take it back to the water,” Eusi Wainwright, who helped create the event a few years ago, said. “ Everyone should come out and enjoy the day tomorrow. We will have free water, free burgers and hot dogs for the kids while supplies last and we are doing our best to keep the community together and strong.”

In addition to the Pop-Up Sundayz Family and Pro BikeLife BDA, the event will be co-sponsored by the Van Buren gas station, Andy Spot, the DHF family, Belvins’ Variety, Morning Crew, the
Spinning Wheel, the Kremlin and the Bermuda Squad. The event will also feature “ a popular DJ” and be hosted by Shane Powell. Everyone is invited and encouraged to attend.
