Possible Unionization in Store for RUBIS Employees, According to a spokesperson for RUBIS Bermuda, delivery of fuel and propane were delayed this morning due to employees meeting at the Ferry Reach site in St. George’s to discuss
possible union certification.
RUBIS staff submitted their official response to the certification application and a meeting has been scheduled for later this week to allow a clear understanding of the views and opinions of all parties involved in this process.
“ Any grievances that have been brought forward should be addressed as per rules of the handbook, but the meeting that will take place later will allow all parties to bring their positions to the forefront,” the spokesperson said.
