Police Investigation continue into Indecent Exposure Incident

The investigation continues into the act of indecent exposure which occurred at the National Sports Center over the weekend.

Bermuda Police Service is appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident or who has any information on what transpired, to contact Acting Detective Superintendent, Sherwin Joseph on 717-2158 or, via email jsherwin@bps.bm.

There has so far been no formal report of this incident made to police.

However, the matter is being progressed.

We are interested in speaking with anyone who may have been at the tent where the incident occurred and who would have recorded what happened.

We are particularly interested in speaking with the female seen in the video posted to social media, attempting to stop the actions of the male suspect.

Assistant Commissioner of Police Antoine Daniels stated, “This matter is being treated with the same level of seriousness as all acts of indecent exposure in any public place. While police officers were in the general vicinity of where the incident occurred, it was not brought to their attention”

“That notwithstanding, immediately upon learning of the incident, an investigation was commenced.”

Persons with information may also call the main police number 295-0011 or, speak with a police officer you know.
