Outerbridge Charged with Firearm and Drug Possession

40-year-old Gregory Outerbridge was formally charged with possessing a Taurus Ultra-Lite Revolver firearm and six rounds of ammunition, both on May 26th of this year in Magistrate’s Court this morning.

Mr. Outerbridge, from St. George’s, was also charged with two separate counts of cannabis possession with intent to supply, as well as possession of a digital scale intended for preparation of a controlled drug.

Since the charges are indictable and must be heard in Supreme Court, Mr. Outerbridge was not required to enter a plea during this morning’s session.

Taking everything into consideration, Magistrate Maxanne Anderson sent the case up to the Supreme Court, where it will be mentioned during the July arraignment sessions on Friday July
1st 2022. Magistrate Anderson ordered that Mr. Outerbridge remained into custody until that time.
