Interruption Of Online Government Services Advisory

The Department of Information and Digital Technologies (IDT) is advising that late Friday evening (September 3), there will be an interruption of online Government services for a short period.

From around 11.55 p.m. tomorrow (Friday) night to 4.30 a.m. Saturday (September 4) morning, IDT will be conducting maintenance and upgrades to the current government online platforms.

It’s important to note that the Department of IDT is making every effort to conduct these necessary upgrades during a timeframe that will cause as minimal a disruption as possible.

Therefore it is expected that during this time the following government public-facing web pages and services will face disruption:

Ø Travel Authorization Forms
Ø General Internet services
Ø Access to Cloud drives
Ø WebEx
Ø Email
Ø Department of Planning
Ø Unemployment Benefits online forms
Ø Government Portal
