Bermuda is set to once again feature prominently on US network TV as Donna Farizan, Today Show contributor at NBC News, is here to do the Hoda and Jenna hour of the show live from Bermuda on Thursday of this week.
It’s all sponsored by the Loren Hotel.
Ms. Fair an and her team kicked thing off with a surprise visit to surprising Kristen White at Long Story Short in St. George’s. Speaking about the visit, Ms. Farizan said, “Let me tell you it was a surprise I’ll remember forever because of the people and the community here are so inviting and and welcoming the culture is so rich and energetic and palpable and I was so happy to be a tiny part of it today.”
Speaking glowingly about the Bermuda and its people, Ms. Farizan told us There’s nothing not to love about it. “First and foremost I love the people. Second, I love the environment. I mean the beach the water the sand the sun everything is just perfection and it’s amazing that you’re really only in the air from New York to Bermuda for an hour and a half, but you feel that it really is an escape.”
Who’s she didn’t get to experience the excitement the Sail GP event half last weekend Ms. Farizan thinks it’s cool that Bermuda hosted the races takes because of the interest it creates into what Bermuda has to offer. Particularly, she says in terms of the people whom it appears she was smitten. “The energy of the people here is one of a kind and I think that once you come and visit Bermuda you’ll never really leave because the spirit is always with you.”
