Man plead guilty to assault and attempted robbery in Magistrates Court

A 58-year-old man appeared in Magistrate Court today on assault charges. Winslow Scaley Williams pled guilty to assault with intent to commit robbery against Barbara Miles on February 12th.

He stood before Senior Magistrate Maxsanne Anderson, who remanded him into custody until Tuesday.

Williams is no stranger to the legal system. With a long record of criminality, he is well-known to the police and has been in and out of courtrooms for numerous years.

His past includes multiple convictions that have resulted in several years behind bars.
