Man Arrested In Connection With The Burglary and Sexual Assault Incident In Smith Parish

A 36-year-old suspect has been arrested in relation to the aggravated burglary & sexual assault at a Smiths Parish residence yesterday, Tuesday 19th October.

Detectives are continuing their inquiry and are still appealing for anyone who may have seen two persons fitting the following descriptions, particularly the areas of Knapton Hill, Harrington Hundreds, South Road Smiths, and Summerhaven, to get in contact with us.

The first suspect was described as a black male, approximately 6ft tall, skinny built and wearing a black rain suit.

The second suspect was described only as a black male, approximately 5’ 8’’ tall, with a moustache.

We are very keen to hear from anyone who may have seen, or has camera footage covering these areas between 11am & 12pm 19th October, 2021.

These times are the most important, but may extend outside these times as well.
