This morning in the Supreme Court, 67-year-old former school teacher who TNN can’t name for legal reasons pleaded not
guilty to five counts of indecent assault of three former students in between 1981 and 1985.
The 67 year old man, also denied sexually assaulting one of his former students in July of 1998.
Due to the nature of the offenses, the complainant’s names cannot be published by any media outlet.
The indecent assault charges will be tried separately from the sexual assault charge in the Supreme Court and it is unclear at this time which of the matters will be tried first. However, a trial on one of the matters could begin some time in November.
