Mr. Bean, the leader of the Free Democratic Movement (FDM), who has been announced as the candidate for the October by-election in C36 Sandy North. He did not give a formal opening address to the media but expressed his eagerness to participate in the election, seeing it as a test for the electorate.
Mr. Bean also noted that the FDM, while less vocal compared to other parties, has been gaining momentum since the 2020 general election and offers a different choice for voters seeking meaningful change.
