According to an eyewitness to Saturday night’s shooting on Elliott Street, speaking exclusively to TNN, the incident involved two males wearing dark- colored clothing riding a black motorcycle.
Apparently the pair travelled south on Court Street before turning right onto Elliot Street, before stopping in the vicinity of the Bulldogs Club.
Once stationary the gunmen looking extremely young unveiled a gun and took aim at a group of men standing outside the bar, reportedly firing several shots.
Fortunately none hit a human target and the gunmen jumping back on the motorcycle turned back onto Court Street, this time heading north towards Till’s Hill and making good their escape.
Police later confirmed the incident releasing a media statement, which read:
“Shortly after 11:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 16th, 2023, police officers were dispatched to the area of Court and Elliot Streets, Pembroke, following a report of gunshots heard in that vicinity.
