David Burt reiterating that come October of 2026, he will no longer be leader of the Progressive Labour Party.
His comments coming during a sit down with CITV during the recent May 24th celebrations.
With current practice being that the party leader is also chosen by the party to be the Premier it’s left to be seen whether Mr. Burt will in fact also step down as Premier.

We were able to capture an excerpt of the Mr. Burt’s remarks during which he confirmed the date of his stepping down as Party Leader.
