‘BUEI Silver Screens’ Present: ‘She Came to Me’

BUEI Silver Screens’ continues at the Bermuda Underwater Exploration Institute (BUEI)
with the screening of ‘She Came to Me’ on Tuesday, October 15th at 2 pm in our Tradewinds Auditorium! (wheelchair accessible)
Nominated for Best Original Song at the Golden Globes Awards, and Best Original Score in
an Independent Film by the Hollywood Music in Media Awards, this musically driven film
tells the story of an operetta composer, Steve Lauddem, on a quest to finish the score for
his big comeback opera. During his search for inspiration, our titular character, played by
the eclectic Peter Dinklage (Game of Thrones, Avengers: Infinity War), finds much more
than he bargained for.

Supporting the incredibly brilliant lead is a cast equally full of talent. Some big names such
as Anne Hathaway (The Princess Diaries, The Devil Wears Prada, Ocean’s 8), Marisa Tomei
(My Cousin Vinny, Before the Devil Knows You’re Dead, Spider-Man: No Way Home),
Joanna Kulig (The Woman in the Fifth, The Eddy), Brian d’Arcy James (Into the Woods, 13
Reasons Why, West Side Story, Hamilton), and Gregg Edelman (Cabaret, Into the Woods)
make up the supporting cast in this film.
The film is rated R with a runtime of 1 hour and 42 minutes.

Look forward to the next installment of ‘BUEI Silver Screens’ which will screen ‘Our Almost
Completely True Story’ on Tuesday, November 19th at 2 pm. This 90-minute romantic
comedy is the love story of a beautiful, tall, aging Hollywood star and a short, funny Jewish
man looking for love through online dating, which isn’t going well. But when they randomly
meet at a bird store, what are the chances? – he is immediately smitten, but she is not so
much.

Moviegoers can also enjoy 10% off lunch at the Harbourfront Restaurant when you
dine before or after the movie! Reservations are required. Please call 295-4207 to
book.
