The Bermuda Post Office (BPO) is advising that the UK’s Royal Mail is currently experiencing a severe service disruption to its export services following a cyber incident.
Currently Royal Mail is temporarily unable to dispatch letters and small parcels to overseas destinations, including Bermuda.
Additionally, some customers may experience delays or disruption to mail items that have already shipped for export.
The BPO advised that the Royal Mail is working to resolve the matter.
