Twelve months probation for stealing from Clarendon Pharmacy

A 63-year-old Devonshire woman appeared in Magistrate’s Court on Friday for sentencing, after being charged with stealing $91 worth of women’s products, including Dove body wash, E45 lotion, and Vigisil wash, Fleece ankle tights, Cetaphil lotion, and Summer’s Eve Refreshing clothes, from Clarendon Pharmacy on December 29th of last year.

Barbara Ann Bean pled guilty to the charges in early October, and received 12 months probation from Senior Magistrate Maxanne Anderson on last Friday, November 14, during sentencing.

Crown Console Jahkeel Quallo starting the accused has a previous record of similar offenses.

Senior Magistrate Maxanne Anderson told Ms. Bean not to commit any offense within the next twelve months.
