Appearing in Magistrates’ Court yesterday, a 28 year old Warwick man charged with offences relating to assault.
Cameron Gordon was charged with (1) unlawful assault of a man and (2) wilfully and unlawfully damaging a Samsung tablet belonging to the man.
Gordon pled guilty to the offences.
Senior Magistrate Maxanne Anderson ordered a social inquiry report (SIR). Gordon was bailed to the sum of $5000, and he must remain in no contact with the complaint.
Gordon will next appearance in Magistrates Court on the 26th of August 2024.
