A 21 year old man was left with multiple stab wounds following an altercation in the Devil’s Hole area of Smiths Parish last Sunday night.
The victim was taken to hospital for treatment to his injuries.
TNN understands hospital officials alerted police to the situation.
However sources say when officers attempted to speak with the injured man about the incident, the injured man was not willing to provide any information to them.
We were told the man’s injuries were not life threatening although one of them was considered serious.
That is believed to be a stab wound to his stomach which may have pierced his liver.
