Shortly before 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, 8 May 2025, police and other first responders were dispatched to the area of Warwick Playground following a report of a woman found in an unresponsive state on the rocks near the trails.
Upon arrival, emergency personnel immediately provided medical assistance to the woman who although unresponsive, was breathing.
She was subsequently transported by ambulance for treatment of her injuries, the extent of which is unknown at this time.
The circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear, and an active investigation into how the woman came to be in that location is now underway.
The Bermuda Police Service is appealing to members of the public who may have been in the area around the time of the incident and who may have seen a lone female along the trails to make contact with Detective Sergeant Kendy Swainson on, 717-2355 or via e-mail at, kswainson@bps.bm.
