Warwick man charged with firearm possession in Magistrate Court

Appearing in Magistrates’ Court today, was a 42-year-old Warwick man who faced a single indictable offences related to firearm possession in Bermuda.

The charges against John Stephen Glasgow are as follows:

On the 20th day of September 2024, in Warwick Parish, did have in your possession a Ruger P95 firearm, without holding a license for that purpose.

Glasgow was not required to enter a plea during this initial hearing. Magistrate Maxanne Anderson remanded the man into custody.

John Glasgow is scheduled to reappear in Supreme court during the November 1st, monthly arraignment session.
