There was a three-vehicle collision earlier this evening near the junction of Somerset Road and the Lantana property.
According to Police Media Relations spokesperson Kimberly Springs, a female motorcycle rider heading west attempted to turn a bend, when she lost control of the vehicle, causing her to collide with an oncoming vehicle, followed by another oncoming vehicle.
She appears to have sustained minor leg injuries and was taken to KEMH for examination and treatment. It does not appear that anyone in the other two vehicles were injured.
The Bermuda Police Service urges everyone on the road to please slow down.
