Today, ilpomodoro Italian Pizza Restaurant in Somerset hosted its third annual Customer Appreciation Day, drawing a massive crowd eager to enjoy special deals on their menu favorites. Located on the main road in Somerset, the popular eatery offered $1 chicken wings and discounted pizzas as a way of giving back to its loyal patrons.
We caught up with the restaurant’s manager, Filippo Vianello, who shared his excitement about the day’s success:
“It’s been crazy since before we opened. We had a line outside, and people are very grateful. It just feels good to give back to the community. The line is still long outside, and we’re looking forward to a great day.”
When asked about how long the specials would last, Filippo added:
“We’re here until 9 o’clock tonight, or until we run out of food—so get here now!”
The event marks the third year ilpomodoro has celebrated its customers with a day of gratitude, and judging by today’s turnout, the appreciation is mutual.
