Thanks to generative AI, we now know what the Most Beautiful Picture in the World looks like.
The discovery was made by New York based Creative Director, Floyd Hayes, who prompted AI image creation tool Midjourney to answer the question of what the world’s most beautiful picture would look like.
The resulting AI picture (attached) depicts a gorgeous mountain vista of dense, lush forests strewn with a sprawling sci-fi city, all shrouded in mist and clouds. A contemplative lone figure stands in the foreground surveying the luscious sight.
Hayes commented, “Humans have been making beautiful pictures with tools since the first daub of charcoal stick on a cave wall, right through to the age of Artificial Intelligence augmented art. I began exploring some of the estimated 964 million images* created with Midjourney and it made me wonder, according to the AI, what would the most beautiful picture in the world look like? I’m delighted with the result!”
The one-of-a-kind piece titled, “The Most Beautiful Picture in the World” is available as an authenticated, 1/1 Digital asset and print priced at $1,000,000.
