The Department of Public Transportation (DPT) wishes to advise the public that Route 5 buses are currently unable to cross the Glebe Road Bridge due to restrictions associated with ongoing repair works.
As a result, a temporary detour is in effect. Route 5 buses will follow their normal path to Parson’s Road, then divert left onto Frog Lane, left onto Palmetto Road, left onto Cedar Avenue, and right onto Victoria Street, ending at the Central Terminal.
This detour remains in place until August 1st, 2025, or until lifted by the Ministry of Public Works.
