Injured Teen Male Continues to Recover After Suspected Motorcycle Crash

A male teenager who sustained head and facial injuries as well as abrasions to his body in a suspected motorcycle crash on Friday evening continues to recover in hospital.

He is now understood to be a 17-year-old Southampton resident.

As of Saturday afternoon (28th May), the young man had been transferred from the Intensive Care Unit to a general ward to continue recuperating and is likely to be discharged from the hospital in due course.

Inquiries are ongoing regarding the circumstances of the suspected motorcycle crash, which occurred around 6:45pm Friday, 27th May 2022 on Camp Hill Road, Southampton near Fork Lane, leaving the teen injured and unresponsive lying in the road.
