Hamilton’s most anticipated culinary weekend is back! Taste of Bermuda returns this October with four unforgettable days of bold flavours, immersive dining, and one-of-a-kind culinary experiences, as the City of Hamilton unveils its exciting 2026 programme.
Running from October 8th to 11th, the thirteenth edition of Taste of Bermuda celebrates the very best of Bermuda’s food culture, hospitality, and creativity through an exciting lineup of returning favourites and innovative new experiences. From exclusive chef collaborations and cocktail showcases to immersive projection-mapped dining and cinematic culinary adventures, this year’s festival promises something extraordinary for every palate.
“Our goal each year is to create experiences that people simply can’t find anywhere else in Bermuda,” said the City’s Director of Marketing and Communications, Ms Jessica Astwood. “Taste of Bermuda has grown far beyond a traditional food festival. It has become a celebration of Bermuda’s culinary excellence, creativity and hospitality, while showcasing Hamilton as the heart of the island’s dining scene. This year’s programme reflects how the festival continues to evolve, introducing fresh concepts while celebrating the incredible chefs, restaurants and hospitality professionals who make Bermuda’s food culture so special.”
The City is once again proud to partner with the Bermuda Hotel Association for the return of the TasteMakers Series, following its successful debut in 2025. Expanding the festival beyond the City and into seven of Bermuda’s premier hotels, the series highlights the island’s exceptional hospitality industry while creating unforgettable dining experiences for residents and visitors.

Thursday, October 8th
The festival begins with the return of the TasteMakers Series, a one-night-only culinary celebration hosted across some of Bermuda’s finest hotels in partnership with the Bermuda Hotel Association.
Participating properties include Cambridge Beaches, Rosedon Hotel, Hamilton Princess Resort & Beach Club, The Reefs Hotel, The Loren, Rosewood Tucker’s Point and Fairmont Southampton.
Each property will host a unique dining experience featuring its Executive Chef or visiting culinary talent, complete with expertly paired beverages and the stories behind each menu. With exclusive menus, exceptional settings and limited seating, TasteMakers offers guests the opportunity to experience Bermuda’s culinary excellence across the island in one unforgettable evening.

Experience an unforgettable evening of premium rum, world-class cocktails, and vibrant Caribbean culture at Art of the Pour: Havana Nights—a featured event of the Taste of Bermuda Weekend.
Hosted by the City of Hamilton and Bacardí, this exclusive event brings together 10 of Bermuda’s leading bars, restaurants, and hotels, each showcasing the talent of their top bartender teams in a spirited cocktail competition celebrating the iconic Bacardí rum portfolio while highlighting the excellence of Bermuda’s hospitality industry.
Founded in Cuba in 1862, Bacardí has become one of the world’s most celebrated rum brands, inspiring generations of bartenders with its exceptional craftsmanship and premium range of rums. At Art of the Pour, each team will create an original Bacardí-inspired cocktail, demonstrating creativity, technique, and the versatility of one of the world’s most iconic spirits.
As part of the Taste of Bermuda Weekend, guests will enjoy one of the festival’s signature experiences while exploring Bermuda’s thriving culinary and cocktail culture.
Stroll through the beautiful Bacardí Global Headquarters as you sample signature cocktails from every competing venue, enjoy Caribbean-inspired bites, live Latin entertainment, DJs, and immersive Havana-inspired experiences. Throughout the evening, you’ll also have the opportunity to vote for your favourite cocktail and help crown the winner of the People’s Choice Award.
Competing venues will battle for top honours, including Best Hotel Experience, Best Restaurant Cocktail, Best Overall Cocktail, and the People’s Choice Award, making for an exciting showcase of Bermuda’s outstanding hospitality industry.

One of the festival’s most ambitious new experiences arrives at Pier 6 with Tabletop Theatre: Where Dining Meets Storytelling.
This extraordinary immersive dining experience combines exceptional cuisine with breathtaking projection mapping technology, transforming the tabletop into a living stage where food, art and storytelling become one.
Inspired by Bermuda’s natural beauty, changing seasons and rich culinary heritage, guests will enjoy a multi-course menu celebrating the island’s flavours throughout the year. As each course is served, stunning visual projections bring every dish to life.
Expertly curated by the Island Restaurant Group, Tabletop Theatre offers an unforgettable theatrical dining experience unlike anything previously presented in Bermuda.

The festival concludes at historic Fort Hamilton with another exciting new concept: The Edible Movie: Bites, Camera, Action.
This immersive experience pairs a screening of the beloved animated film Ratatouille with a specially curated multi-course menu served in perfect synchronisation with key moments throughout the movie.
As Remy embarks on his culinary adventure through the kitchens of Paris, guests will enjoy dishes inspired by the flavours, ingredients and iconic scenes unfolding on screen. Expertly crafted by the Island Restaurant Group, every course has been designed to complement the story, creating a truly unique blend of cinema and cuisine.
Perfect for families, food lovers and film enthusiasts alike, The Edible Movie transforms movie night into an unforgettable shared dining experience.
