Stabbing Incident on Front Street Under Police Investigation

TNN received word over the weekend of an apparent stabbing incident that took place on Front Street. According to initial reports, the altercation involved two separate groups—one from Hamilton and the other from Ord Road.

It is alleged that individuals from Ord Road stabbed a Hamilton affiliate, leaving him with non-life-threatening stab wounds.

Despite his injuries, the victim was able to make his own way to the hospital using private transportation. Authorities were later informed of the incident, prompting a police response.

TNN reached out to the police for further details, and they provided the following statement:

“Around 4:30am Sunday, 23rd March 2025, the Bermuda Police Service received a report of a 23-year-old man attending King Edward VII Memorial Hospital, with a single stab wound.

Details regarding the circumstances of his injury are unclear at this time.

However, it is believed that the man’s non-life threatening stab wound was sustained on Front Street, in the City of Hamilton, earlier Sunday morning.

Investigations into the matter are ongoing. Police have urged anyone with information to come forward to assist in their inquiries or call 211.
