A 41-year-old St George’s man appeared in Magistrates’ Court yesterday where he denied assaulting a woman and causing her bodily harm.
Kaiwan Trott pleaded not guilty to the charge, which is alleged to have taken place in St George’s on the night of Saturday, October 4.
Magistrate Craig Attridge released Trott on $2,500 bail. He was ordered to have no contact with the complainant.
The matters are set to return to Magistrates’ Court on November 10 for mention.
