Shortly after 10:00 a.m. today, Sunday 6th March, 2022, Police and EMS personnel were dispatched to a single vehicle road traffic collision involving a private motor car near Garden Drive on South Road, Paget.
Initial reports indicate the female driver sustained sustained a suspected neck injury after the vehicle struck a BELCO utility pole.
She was transported via ambulance to King Edward Hospital for treatment to her injury.
The vehicle was left with extensive damage.
The scene of the collision has been closed off to traffic while the scene is being processed.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area.
