Around 8:30 this morning, Sunday 6th March, 2022, Police and other first responders were called out to a serious road traffic collision involving a motorcycle and two motorcars on the Northshore Road, Shelly Bay, Hamilton Parish, near the junction with Lemon Grove Road.
Details remain limited at this time, however, we can confirm that the male motorcyclist was transported via ambulance to King Edward hospital with what was described as a serious head injury.
Neither of the motorcar drivers were injured in the collision, but there was extensive from end damage to both of their vehicles.
The roadway has been cordoned off while the scene is being processed and motorists are advised to use alternative routes to get to their destinations.
