A 38 year old man appeared in Magistrates Court last week charged with three sexual offenses.
The man who TNN News can not identify because of legal reasons is a school teacher here in Bermuda was charged with Offence(s):
1. Luring of a Young Person by a Person in a Position of Trust
2. Sexual Exploitation of Young Person by a Person in a Position of Trust
3. Possession of Child Abusive Material
It is believed the victim in this matter is fourteen year old female student of the teacher that TNN News understands to be a guest worker who faced a charges for similar offences nature in his country in the Caribbean.
The man was not required to plea to the indictable offenses, and was remanded into custody at Westgate Correctional Facility.
He is expected to return to court during the April 1st monthly arraignment session in Supreme Court.
