RUBiS Energy Bermuda is now the official partner of SailGP’s Bermuda Inspire Programme. This is a world class programme designed to identify the next generation of diverse performance sailors at each host venue. This flagship partnership between RUBiS and SailGP Inspire will help to educate Bermuda’s youth and provide a pathway towards a long-term legacy with the combination of the Inspire program, intern support and integration with the America’s Cup’s legacy Endeavour program.

Mr. Jermaine Simons, Sales Manager of RUBiS said: “We welcome this opportunity since it complements our current support of the Endeavour programme. With the Endeavour programme, we provide free energy to be used by their transport vehicles when they shuttle Bermuda’s students to the respective programme activities. At RUBiS, we believe in innovation, integrity, and equality, so our support of these initiatives which provide our youths, especially Middle School students, access to these STEM-related experiences, is a valuable investment in our local community.” Mr. Simons continued: “We are excited in expanding our role to help inspire and educate our next generation about how using the power of nature can improve our country’s access to renewable energy.”
SailGP is an adrenaline-fuelled, purpose driven league bringing the most exciting racing on water to fans around the world. The Inspire programme will focus on 9–23-year-old participants coming from diverse backgrounds. The schools programme will use inspiring and engaging resources that bring STEM subjects and sustainability to life. It promises to host a variety of opportunities to make the programme more engaging, exciting, and memorable through tours of the technical area, meet & greet with the athletes and practical on water experiences.
The SailGP Inspire Programme is delivered in partnership with the Endeavour Programme, local schools, clubs, and will take place over a three-week period during Bermuda’s SailGP season. Help to spread the word about this special initiative to benefit Bermuda’s youth.
