RUBiS Energy Bermuda Ltd. is pleased to announce that five (5) local charities each received a check for $6,229.00 (totalling over $30,000) generated from the proceeds of the 2023 RUBiS Calendar. These charities are:
Bermuda Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals(“SPCA”) | BSmart Development Foundation | Habitat for Humanity of Bermuda
Lady Cubitt Compassionate Association | Somerset Brigade Band’s Women’s Auxiliary
Mr. Jermaine Simons, Sales Manager of RUBiS, said: “We hope this donation will help these charities especially during these challenging times. We hope that these donations will help make the difference and enable these charities to sustain their efforts to achieve their respective missions.”
Mr. Simons continued, “This successful initiative continues with the 2024 RUBiS Calendar. This year’s Calendar will feature a Scavenger Hunt where buyers may fuel their inner detectives with clues. There will also be a new 2024 Class of Charities that will share in 100% of the proceeds from this calendar. Plus,anyone who purchases a calendar will automatically transform their $5 donation into a Fuel Savers package valued at more than $40 and have a head-start on 2024 “Where Am I’ clues that may provide them with a chance each month to win $150.00 in fuel.”
100% of the proceeds from the 2024 Calendar will be shared with the following five (5) charities:
