The City of Hamilton wishes to advise the motoring public that the junction of Court and Dundonald Street is closed to all traffic.
There will be no vehicular traffic allowed in this area of Dundonald Street and all vehicles, including tractor trailers, will have to use alternative routes until further notice.
This closure is due to Belco undertaking emergency repairs to their underground cables in this area which has left a significant opening in the road at this junction. In the interest of safety, the City has decided to close this section of the road until Belco completes their repairs which is anticipated to be by end of day tomorrow.
The City apologizes for any inconvenience caused as we prioritize the safety of motorists.
