There has been a serious road traffic collision
on the North Shore Road, just west of Francis Patton Primary School, Hamilton Parish.
Details are limited at this time, but the incident involved a motorcycle and a car.
The roadway is now blocked while the scene is processed by Traffic Collision Investigators.
Eastbound traffic is being diverted onto Radnor Road onto North Shore Road then, onto Harrington Sound Road.
Westbound traffic is being diverted onto Fractious Street at the junction with North Shore Road then, onto Wilkinson Avenue.
It is anticipated the roadway will remain closed for an extended period.
