ReGen Group Limited Announces Keith Jernigan as Director of Operations

ReGen Group Limited (‘RGL’ or the ‘Company’), formerly AG Holdings Limited, has announced the hiring of Keith Jernigan as Director of Operations following the Company’s rebrand.

 

The Group of Companies’ new name, ReGen, an abbreviation for Regenerative Design, builds on the Company’s core vision of sustainability by not just looking to sustain, but to “restore and renew” the Company’s energy processes, building management and engineering design with a focus on the environment and sustainability.

 

In addition, regenerative design has at its core a systems-centric and holistic approach towards analysing processes and outcomes, which is fundamental to each of the companies within the group – AIRCARE Limited, iEPC Limited and IFM Limited.

 

Managing Director of ReGen, Azeem Khan, said: “Transitioning from AG Holdings to ReGen is more than just a rebrand of our group of companies – it is a renewed commitment to help build a more efficient and sustainable Bermuda. The companies within the ReGen Group provide HVAC, facilitates management, engineering services that will assist Bermuda in building a cleaner, greener, and healthier community for the 21st Century.

Mr. Jernigan joins the Company following a 20-year career in leading multiple security and service companies in the United States, Cayman Islands and Bermuda including Bermuda Security Group’s Electronic Services Division, The Security Centre (Grand Cayman), ADT and Johnson Controls.

 

Keith’s experience has crossed various industries, such as government, commercial and retail, which has provided him with a wealth of knowledge that will benefit him in his career with the ReGen Group of Companies. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Management and Marketing from American International College and maintains his involvement in a multitude of security industry specific associations, such as Society of Military Engineers and American Society for Industrial Security.
