A call by TNN to the telecoms customer service desk revealed a willingness by the company to reimburse account holders one day’s service.
Service was suspended early Wednesday morning at around 12:00 a.m, staying down for several hours, before returning to normal.
Those who lost service can call the company customer service, visit the retail office as well as send an email to email@example.com with relevant details.
