Red Tape Consultation Deadline Extended

The “Red Tape Reduction Consultation” deadline is extended until May 10.

A Cabinet Office spokesperson said, “The public will recall that in March, the Premier and Minister of Finance, the Hon. David Burt, JP, MP, launched the Red Tape Reduction consultation process to hear directly from the community about what regulations they feel can be reduced, streamlined, or made more efficient within Government.

To date, close to 80 submissions have been received. We thank those members of the community who have already shared their feedback. And we are extending the opportunity for another week so that more residents can have their say.”

Interested individuals and businesses can still visit www.forum.gov.bm to submit their ideas for consideration. The direct link is here: Reducing Red Tape.
