The Minister of Public Works the Honorable Lt. Colonel David Burch, JP, MP, Who has been on protracted sick leave undergoing medical treatment in Florida, has returned to Bermuda.
The Minister continues the convalescence and is yet to return to his ministerial position.
Government has not released anything official As to when Colonel Burch is expected to return to work.
