The public is advised that due to a Bermuda Industrial Union (BIU) general membership meeting taking place tomorrow, March 29, from 10.00 a.m. – 12.00 p.m., public services will be interrupted.
Specifically, there will be no bus or ferry services during this period. Other delayed services include trash collection, parks, postal delivery and other services.
The affects on bus service will be felt from 9:00 am on as the service gradually stands down in advance of the meeting. We expect service to resume from 12:30 pm pending the meeting finishing on time, but the repositioning of buses and operators will impact the service slightly beyond then.
All disrupted services will resume following the conclusion of the BIU meeting.
